If you were fortunate enough to see Clay Thurston’s presentation (on the 3rd attempt), then you recognize how knowledgeable he is with so many of the flying creatures of the Gupton Wetlands. He has graciously agreed to take us on an adventure into the world of the Dragonflies and Damselflies. He will help us identify them and other insects as we watch them come to life as the morning sun warms their wings. There is a strong possibility of seeing birds, waterfowl, and mammals as well. If Clay’s presentation inspired you to visit Gupton Wetlands, then come join us for another fun event with your SANP family. This will be a good challenge for those that enjoy macro photography and testing your patience.

We will provide directions, detailed itinerary, and equipment suggestions to the registrants.
