FIREFLIES Part 2 - but the first of the two dates - by popular demand.  If you signed up for Sunday May 17 and prefer May 16, sign up here and message me to delete you from Sunday night.

Kelli Thompson will be leading this group to the Elkmont to hopefully see some ghost and synchronized fireflies.  This date is just a few days before the lottery dates.  We will find locations to set up, obtain blue hour shots, then wait for the big event. 

You should bring gear for long exposure shots, such as tripod, standard lens (50 mm is a good range).  You should pack something to drink and snacks, as well as bug spray.  You will need a red tinted flash light or head lamp for navigating.  A collapsable chair is a good option too.

We encourage participants to car pool.
