By now, you've probably seen the news reports of the Northern Lights last night.  The geomagnetic predictions indicate tonight could be as good or better.  There isn't a better place in East Tennessee than Lily Bluff Overlook at Obed Wild & Scenic River to see them for dark skies and an expansive overlook.  

Last night's activity was best between 10 and 10:30.  I put an arrival time of 9 to allow you to park, walk out (short level .3 mile walk -easy even in the dark) to the boardwalk overlook.
