Registration is closed

For the early birds that cannot attend the 10/2 field event and who want to view the Elk at Oconoluftee, Bob Howdeshell will led this second event.  Registrants will meet at the Visitor's Center at Oconoluftee at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 4, 2025 to view the Elk in the fields and river hopefully.  After the Elk go for their morning naps, we can explore Mingus Mills, Mingo Falls, and for those wanting to explore further Soco Falls.
