Description of Event: We will discuss and share information on producing images in the field, using a tripod or handheld, for Focus Stacking. When to do it. How to do it. When not to do it. I will show examples of processing images in Photoshop and in Helicon Focus. We will all “do” a focus stack in Photoshop with images I provide at the meeting.

Who should come: Anyone interested in having more control over the DOF (depth-of-field) of their images. Must be able to import images into their LrC catalog — or be able to load images directly into Photoshop as layers.

What to bring: No experience necessary. Bring a laptop (fully charged) with Adobe Lightroom Classic & Adobe Photoshop installed. I will provide a folder with images on a flash drive for you to use to focus stack in Photoshop while at this FocusSession.
