Description of the event:     Photoshop:  Developing a Workflow

The objective of this session is to take you through the nuts and bolts in order to start processing. How do you evaluate your image and what steps do you need to take to move your image forward to a finished file? There is a basic flow to get you going and we will focus on this. I will walk you through it and you will be able to follow me on screen, pausing to do it yourself on your own laptop. 

Who should Come?

The session is geared towards the new Photoshop user but will have information that more experienced users may have never learned. This is especially true for those who are self-taught. While preparing to teach this session I also found out things that I did not know. I think you may find some useful information as well, regardless of your skill level.

What to bring?

A laptop with Photoshop installed. Be sure your battery is fully charged and capable of a 90 minute session. There will be some power outlets. Bring an extension cord if you need one. 

Drinks and food are allowed but be prepared to clean up after yourself.

Driving directions:

Take the Cedar Bluff exit off of I 40, turn toward Cedar Bluff, away from Kingston Pike, take a right at the McDonalds onto Cross Park Dr,  go through 4-way stop, the Cedar Bluff Library is on the left.
