SANP Presidential Citation - Charles Samuels

Charles has been an excellent Secretary during the past two years. The Board Meeting minutes have been very detailed and have captured not only the decisions made by the Board, but also the discussions concerning each decision. 

Charles also serves as parliamentarian and makes sure that the President and the Board of Directors act in accordance with the SANP By-laws.
